What data we process and why

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and the text of your message so that we can reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

How long

We don't store the message from the form in any database — it reaches us as an e-mail, and we keep it for as long as needed to handle the communication and any resulting collaboration. In addition, we technically keep your e-mail address, in readable form as part of a counter that limits abuse of the form, for 48 hours, to limit the number of automatic replies per address.

Processors

The website runs on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg), which hosts the site and delivers the e-mails sent through the contact form (Amazon SES). Data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt region); when content is delivered through the CloudFront network, it may also be transferred outside the EU under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The contact form is protected against bots by Turnstile from Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical browser data and the IP address; data may be transferred to the USA under the standard contractual clauses.

Third-party content

The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, which receives your IP address and technical browser data when a page is displayed. The videos on the home page come from YouTube (also Google Ireland Limited). The player loads only when you start a video. Only then does YouTube process your IP address and browser data, and it may set cookies. Data may be transferred to the USA under the standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@gaiamesiah.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
